Fantasy Recap: Apr. 27

By CHRIS NICHOLS -- SLAM! Sports

Tampa Bay 4 Montreal 3 OT (Tampa Bay leads series 3-0)

Montreal still has to be wondering how this one got away... Vinnie Lecavalier scored his fifth goal of the series with seconds left in regulation, pushing the game into overtime... Brad Richard's added his second goal of the game in OT to give the Bolts a 3-0 series lead; he now has three points in the Montreal series and eight points total... Cory Stillman's goal gives him two points in the series, which are his only points in the post-season... Veteran Dave Andreychuk drew an assist for the second straight game... Freddie Modin assisted on a goal and now has ten points in the eight Tampa playoff games... Martin St. Louis continues to shine and his two assists extended his point streak to six games... This was the first game of the playoffs where Nik Khabibulin let in three goals or more, which explains why Tampa is 7-1 in the post-season... Michael Ryder finally got the monkey off his back and scored for the first time in the post-season...Alex Kovalev scored his first goal in four games, but his ten-point total in ten Habs games could help his stock in next year's fantasy drafts... Craig Rivet notched his second two-point game of the playoffs and has a surprising five points already... Andrei Markov's assist was his second point of the series and fifth of the playoffs... Richard Zednik has failed to score a point in the Tampa series, despite having six points against Boston. Zednik has been limited to one shot per game in this series.

Calgary 3 Detroit 2 (Calgary leads series 2-1)

Jarome Iginla finally got on the scoreboard with a power play goal... Veteran Martin Gelinas continues to sizzle and his two-assist game brings his playoff total to seven points... Marcus Nilson has points in all three Detroit games... Matt Lombardi has three points in his past four games... Shean Donovan has goals in back-to-back games... Craig Conroy still has no points in this series... Robert Lang's goal was his second of the series and seventh point in the playoffs... Brett Hull has three points in his past two games... Grinder Darren McCarty recorded his first point of the post-season... Shanny has five points total and 36 shots in all... Pavel Datsyuk has three assists in his past two games and he finally got his first two shots of the series Tuesday night... Jiri Fischer's goal was his first point in the playoffs... Miikka Kiprusoff stopped all 12 Detroit shots in the third period as he protected that 3-2 lead.
